Service Area

West Appraisals provides services in the north central portion of Maryland as shown by the map below. We are usually able to provide fast turnaround in the area shown in green, which includes Harford County, Cecil County, Baltimore County, and Baltimore City.

Our extended service area includes Carroll and Howard Counties. We also provide service to northern Anne Arundel County, primarily in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

Please call our office to determine our current availability in our Extended and Limited service areas. We will be glad to take on your assignment if we are able to fit it in to our schedule.

Assignments outside the service areas shown on the map may be subject to additional charges to cover the cost of travel time and expenses.
