Lois West

Lois West has been active in the real estate industry since 1985.  She started as a real estate agent in Bel Air, Maryland and began learning the appraisal business in 1991. In 1992 she obtained her state appraisal license and shortly thereafter real estate appraisal became her full time job.

"I found that I enjoyed doing appraisals very much," she says, "because every day is different."

Lois has upgraded her license to "certified" and is on the FHA Roster.

Lois is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers and the Maryland Association of Real Estate Appraisers. As a licensed real estate agent, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, and the Harford County Association of Realtors.
